I've led diverse service desk teams, obsessed over reducing complexity, and occasionally dabbled in HR and compliance to ensure the "Human" element of the business stays as optimized as the tech.
My current professional mission? Seeing just how much AI can transform service operations before it inevitably decides it doesn't need us anymore.
